Irene Musselli

Irene is senior research scientist at the Centre for Development and Environment (CDE) of the University of Bern. Before joining the CDE, she worked for more than ten years in the Trade Division of UNCTAD. Irene holds a PhD in Law from the World Trade Institute, University of Bern. Her main research focus is on trade regulation and natural resource governance. She has published research on a wide range of trade policy issues in commodities.

Floris is a Dutch Master’s student in International Affairs at the Graduate Institute, Geneva. He holds a bachelor degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from University College Utrecht, majoring in Political Sciences and Geography. Next to an internship at DCAF‘s Asia-Pacific Unit, Floris’ Capstone research focuses on the role of global trading hubs in the (illicit) commodities trade.
